Viticultural notes
Aged for about 36 months in cement and steel tanks for 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle before being marketed. PREPARATION: grapes harvested and selected by hand completely. Fermentation carried out in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 10 days.
Tasting notes
Brunello di Montalcino Cecchi has a ruby colour with garnet overstones, the nose is broad and determined with typical varietal aromas. In the mouth it is harmonious and lingering.
