Winemaking notes

This Pépite (nugget) is born in vineyards in Loire valley vineyards, from multiple appellations. It is made of a very strict selection of the best and most mature chardonnays of 2023.

Tasting notes

Fresh, elegant, with notes of pear, green apples, and hints of minerality. Fruit-forward palate, supple, with ripe white fruit flavors and floral undertones.
