Winemaking notes
The summer months brought warm temperatures and drought conditions, especially in August, albeit occasionally. The rains at the end of the month allowed the vines to begin a phase of optimal ripeness. The months of September and October offered ideal conditions for the harvest, with perfectly healthy and ripe grapes. Ageing: 6 months in barrels, at least 2 months in bottle.
