Story

In 1668, the monk Pierre Pérignon becomes procurator of the Abbey of Hautvillers. His vision: to create the “best wine in the world”. One day, impressed by the quality of his wine, Dom Pérignon says “Brothers, come quicky, I am drinking stars!”

Vintage Only

Dom Pérignon is always a vintage wine (only the grapes of one year's harvest). The ambition: to bear witness to each year, whatever the challenges may be. If the grapes’ profile does not meet our standards, the vintage is not declared.

The Range

After 9 years of maturation, Dom Perignon Blanc fully reveals the harmony of the vintage. The second window of expression occurs after 16 years of creation: Dom Pérignon P2. It is Dom Pérignon in high definition.
